“We hired Nordstrom to diagnose a problem with our heat pump, which was heating very slowly and indicated low refrigerant pressure on the control panel. Two professionals arrived as scheduled, and methodically checked the operation of the outside compressor/fan unit and the indoor heat exchanger and auxiliary heat, explaining what they were checking and answering questions that I had about the unit. Despite the challenges of replenishing the refrigerant on a below-freezing day, they completed the work, re-checked the operation, and confirmed that all was well. From appointment scheduling to the service call to billing, this company was top-notch and professional. I plan to use them for any future needs we have with our heat pump.”

“After meeting and obtaining quotes from 3 different companies, we selected Air Flo for our new heat pump and air handler (Trane). Our sales representative was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in answering phonecalls, questions, etc. She was a direct problem solver with various aspects of the project. The entire process of the purchase and installation was handled in a professional manner with courteous, knowledgeable professionals who provided excellent service with minimal disruption to us. We were kept informed and the schedule was confirmed each step of the way. The team did every thing they said that they would do and more. The Trane system is highly rated. It has only been 2 months, and so far we are highly satisfied.”

“My furnace gave out and I wanted to explore other options than forced air. I had contacted Jeff at Heating Green regarding my decision to try something different. The role he took with me was entirely consultative not sales oriented. In addition to his products he suggested other options to explore. The dialog and decision making process took several months and I never felt any pressure. I ultimately decided on Cove heaters from Heating Green and have never looked back. The installation was done efficiently and professionally. Jeff was available for any questions or concerns I may have had. I am more than thrilled with the new warm feeling I have in my home. Feels like the heat of the sun lives at my house year round. I will never go back to forced air. And working with Jeff was a breath of fresh air after talking to high pressure furnace salesmen.”

“At first I was on the fence about getting a central AC system installed into my house. I made an appointment with a few companies to get quotes and more information. Green City sent Mike to my house and i was impressed by how knowledgable he was and understanding that I was on the fence about this big purchase. Green City had great customer service and quickly after booking with Mike I had an install crew at my house (who were also very nice and knowledgable about the installation). They followed up and made sure everything was up to my standard after the install as well. Very helpful and great customer service from start to finish. They made the process much easier then i believed it would be.”

“I recently had all of my ductwork replaced by Bob's Heating. When my husband and I bought our house 3 years ago, we purchased it "as is" and did not realize that our duct work was shot, but also how terrible our crawl space was. We spent 3 years paying a heating bill of over $300! We had Bob's out to look at running a gas line for a fireplace for us, when they explained that our ductwork was disconnected in several spots, and the rest of the ducts had holes in them, caused by a past rat problem. We hired Bob's to come out and replace our ductwork for us. Our home comfort is so much better, and I cannot wait to see our next heating bill! We are no longer heating our crawl space, but our house! We are so happy that we chose Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning! Bobby and Alex were very efficient and friendly, and even the manager Tom stopped to make sure that everything was going smoothly!”

“they diagnosed my furnace as needing a new blower and had to order the part. Adam was courteous, prompt and very good at explaining things. Once the furnace was working that way he found the induction motor assembly also needed replacing. He came back as promised and quickly installed that part. I have been toasty ever since.”
