Design Smart Building delivered a high quality project in difficult circumstances. The tight site access restrictions meant materials handling took a great deal of time, and use of anything but hand tools was impossible. Despite these project challenges DSB transformed a tired terrace to a modern architecturally designed family home. This was done within program and our budget expectations. Clint was very effective at communicating the upcoming works and getting feedback on important design decisions. He was supported by knowledgeable and friendly subcontractors. I would not hesitate to recommend DSB for any renovation and extension project.
