“To Whom it may concern Ben Clay, through his company Autm8, undertook the installation of a number of systems throughout our Milsons Point apartment in 2018- 2019. He installed an apartment control system, our televisions (both Bang & Olufsen and Sony); in addition, he installed a theatre surround sound plus an audio system throughout our apartment. Sometime later, we installed thermal blinds and controls, outdoor fans and heaters along the length of our balcony. All of these works were undertaken by Ben in a pleasant and competent manner and, even with the complexity of the Savant system, have all worked well. Ben is a highly competent technician and an easy man to work with and understand. I have found his installation skills, his after-sales service and his attitude to work exemplary. He has not hesitated to assist me in all follow-up work and with problems as and when they have occurred. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben Clay for any further work. “I booked Mr AV to mount 2 tvs in my home, two times!! First they mounted two 50 inch screens in the lounge and sitting area on a swivel mount. Their service was efficient and friendly, going the extra mile to conceal our cables. When we replaced our TVs, Mr AV provided the same great service, perfectly installing our 75inch screen on a slimlibe bracket. They then moved one of our TVs to the swivel mount, but instead of just putting the TV on the same swivel mount he replaced it with a better one instead. Highly recommended. Great quality and value for service.”
