The ACAC carried out a brilliant renovation to our tired federation semi. We now live in a bright, sunlight filled delightful family home. The quality of the work is outstanding and we would recommend anyone to engage Grant and the rest of the ACAC team.

When you decide to undertake a renovation you start out with a timeline and budget in mind, but always aware things can change. Our project turned out to be much bigger than we first planned and that was due to changes we made along the way and also changes that due to the condition of the site became necessary. Grant helped us overcome those challenges to the project and worked closely with us to ensure that what we ended up with exceeded our expectations. The entire team of boys that worked on the site were fantastic to deal with and incredibly professional. Our site was not a typical or easy site to work on, but Grant and the crew took all of that into their stride and we never heard any complaints from them during the build about the conditions. The entire project ran over time and over budget, but both were beyond the control of the builders and it was how they dealt with the overrun which brought great comfort to us. We are incredibly happy with the service and work from all the crew at ACAC and would (and have) recommend them without hesitation.

We engaged the ACAC team to complete a renovation of our house, which included 2 new bathrooms, kitchen, family room, new decks and carport.
