AAA Building Repairs QLD is the trading name of Week Constructions Pty Ltd, and commenced trading on the 19th May 2008. We are a small experienced building repair / renovation business able to provide a personalised customer focused service with quality work at competitive rates. We have built a successful reputation in the insurance building / building repairs & renovation industry in Queensland over the past 11 years, completing work in disasters such as:- Cyclone Larry - Innisfail 2006, Hunter Storm – Newcastle 2007, Cyclone Yasi – Ingham 2011. Between the years of 2009 and 2012 we gained great experience learning from other builder’s mistakes while we performed dozens of inspections and completed many rectification jobs for the Queensland Building Services Authority in both the South Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. Today we perform a wide range of building work for the general public. Week Constructions Pty Ltd – Registered on 2nd August 1999. Manager/Director – Warren Dicker Warren Dicker – Warren worked as a Sub-Contract Carpenter for 14 years following completion of his Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeship. Warren first obtained his builders licence in 1997, and then used it cautiously while obtaining further experience over the pursuing 7 years. In 2005 Warren spent 12 months selling new architectural designed homes for a respected Brisbane builder, while he furthered his studies completing many building related courses. Warren has worked full time as a builder since 2006 for many insurance companies, performing building repairs along the east coast of QLD and NSW repairing damage to storm and flood affected buildings. Warren has completed a 3 year agreement inspecting and rectifying dozens of buildings for the QBSA in the South Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. In 2012 Warren completed further studies and is now also a licensed commercial builder with a QBCC Medium Rise Builders Licence. We now have a display home located centrally in Logan, that can be inspected by prospective clients via appointment only.
