As an Architect, the contribution of a quality Builder or Building Company to a project is invaluable. I have worked with Fernbrooke Homes on home renovation projects (design stage) over the past six months, and found their service to be respectful, prompt and I value their capacity to truly listen to their clients and tailor their service to meet their clients individual needs.

The renovation I am currently undertaking is the second with Fernbrooke Homes. The first was a basement office and bathroom under my house and the second is a bedroom, walk in wardrobe, bathroom, and stairs above an existing kitchen and lounge. Both projects were fixed price and they have come in on time and on budget. As with any renovations on a wooden Queensland home there are always challenges along the way - the management and staff have in every case willingly have undertaken any rectification at their cost. They have efficient preplanning and provide regular updates weekly during the projects. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering a home extension.
