The team at Alteration Specialists helped us realise the concept we had, this included advice on council requirements right down to detailed finishing options. We had deck surrounding an existing oak tree which had grown over the years to become nightmare in our outdoor living space. We had the tree removed with the concept of putting a pergola in the space to add character to our outdoor living. Alteration Specialists gave us valuable advice coving all aspects of the project which was absolutely needed for us to make our concept come into reality. We were thrilled with the wardrobe, pantry, laundry and additional storage built for us. Justin took the time to quote several options for us and we were impressed with his thorough approach and professionalism. Robbo managed the build and was an absolute pleasure to have in the house. The site was tidied each day to a high standard. Communication was excellent and we were kept informed every step of the way. We have a 1920s style villa that we wanted to add living space to, update and improve the flow of the kitchen and laundry, and get more of the outdoors indoors to achieve an almost 'on holiday at home feel'. I asked 3 companies to quote for a shower renovation, and chose this company because they gave the most comprehensive quote but not the cheapest. I was given a start date for the project and this was accurate. The company worked well, efficiently and kept the work area and the rest of the house tidy. They took away all the rubbish that resulted from there work. The sub contractors they engaged were excellent and completed the work to the same high standard. I was that pleased with the finished job that I almost immediately asked this company to quote to renovate the adjoining bathroom, and accepted there quote without getting competing quotes. The 2nd job was completed again to the same very high standard including an innovative design around a laundry shute. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them, and have done so already.

Alteration specialists are a great company to deal with. Justin is straightforward and explains what needs to be done and gives all the options. His team are excellent and reliable and friendly. You can trust them to get on with the job with the minimum of fuss. They answer your questions and explain what is happening and if any extra work needs to be carried out. They have a vast amount of experience and I think that there isn't much that they haven't seen before. All in all, Justin and his team take away all the stress and worry from having house renovations / maintenance done. Alteration Specialists renovated our bathroom, and did a superb job. All of the team that we worked with were professional, adaptable and made sure that we were happy with the work.
