“When I approached Dylan to do our renovation/extension, I was nervous about how I might be recieved as our budget wasn't as large as I imagined some of Dylan's clients to be. Dylan was immediately excited by the challenge of working with us to accomodate our family needs and budget. Before we committed to anything, Dylan workshopped several ideas and concepts to ensure we felt comfortable before making a commitment. The amount of time and collaboration involved in creating the ideal floorplan for our family exceeded all expectations. Dylan continued sharing ideas and concepts until we were all 100% content with the plan. Dylan used his building connections to seek feedback to ensure our design was able to meet budget expectations. Despite it not being our intention, investing in Dylan has actually saved us money as there are so many builders who are keen to collaborate with him and complete his projects. Dylan, thank you for your patience, dedication and approachable manner - it has made this process enjoyable and seamless.”

“When we came across Holman Design’s body of work we immediately enquired to see if we Guy was available to design our family home. When we met Guy and Katie we also knew straight away that they were the team for us. We gave Guy a rough design brief and left it in has capable hands. We gave Guy free range to design and do what he does best. His initial design concept surpassed our expectations and we still can't believe we're building such a beautiful family home. As an added bonus, having Katie there to advise us on interior decisions to tie in the exterior with the interior, again, reinforced that we made the right decision. The collaboration between the Holman Design team, both inside and out, in my opinion puts them head and shoulders above the rest. Having now made it to the point of appointing a builder, I can now appreciate the level of detail required to deliver a custom home and how important maintaining quality relationships with all stake holders is to achieving such a feet. This is certainly one of their strengths. Above all, Guy and Katie have been incredibly supportive throughout, and are great people.”
