An experienced and customer focused company. The standard of service is really incredible. They're prompt, and will go the extra mile. We had ideas of what we wanted, and they were really good at balancing that with our budget. As first home buyers, we had a lot to learn about building costs associated with different blocks, but Balance was great with helping us to evaluate build costs as we evaluated available properties, often coming out on site. Their house design service was excellent. Can't remember how many times we went back with different ideas. We ended up with a great plan that suits our block perfectly. Can't believe what they saw in our sloping block! The contract was explained slowly and clearly (good for our level of experience), and their interaction with our lender has been very smooth. We were really happy with the standard inclusions, and they were really good with offering upgrades. Not too pushy and lots of advice. Colour selection was really simple, the colour consultant again balanced good ideas with not being pushy about upgrades. We are still in the construction phase, but still enjoying the process... our only complaint is that they can't stop the wet weather! Can't recommend them enough Will review again at build completion.
