“Extend a Home as a whole was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. It was a hassle free renovation and completed on time. Chris Bonici the construction manager was exceptional in his easy going nature and got things done as requested. His attention to detail and always being available to discuss plans and issues with flexibility and prompt action. The extend a home team was very diligent and resolved issues when things came up. I have to say it was as advertised, that renovating with Extend a Home will be a stress free experience and it was, so thank you. Jane and I are very happy and excited to be going back into our home and enjoy this wonderful renovation.”

“Simon & Additional Concepts became known to us originally through the referral of friends who had worked with them in the past. They were very happy to recommend them to us as we are very happy to recommend them on to others embarking on their own construction adventures! From commencement on site to completion the work was undertaken in a friendly and professional manner by Simon and the team. Work was well coordinated with little interruption between trades allowing us to meet some early deadlines which were important to the family. Coming from the industry myself it was also important to me that whoever worked with us was not just able to build well but would do so with consideration of the design outcome that we were looking for.....with Additional Concepts I felt we got this. On a more personal level we genuinely felt that they were just a really nice group of guys to work with. All in all our experience was difficult to fault and we look forward to getting in touch again when the next project needs a kick into reality.”
