“We engaged Turrell to complete our home renovation in 2024. The brief was to turn our run of the mill project home into a modern coastal custom build. We completely transformed our house within 9 months. Every room inside our house was updated and changed and even the exterior was given a completely new look with cladding and stone work. We also added an extension and built a pool house. The project ran very smoothly and was completed ahead of time and under budget. Our site manager Laeton was amazing; he treated our home like it was his own and the attention to detail is outstanding. Unlike previous renovations we have done with other builders we didn't have to micromanage anything. Laeton was there every day organizing everything, we even went away for 3 weeks in the middle and knew it was all in safe hands. All builders and trades that were part of our project were fantastic. Even our neighbors commented on how great they were. Our house now looks amazing with custom cabinetry; timber floors and stone fireplaces. I would have no hesitation on recommending Turrell to anyone looking to renovate or build a new home.”

“Just wanted to provide an account of our interactions with Jordan and his team. Over the last two years, we have been in renovation hell with our previous engaged builder losing their building license. Due to bad advice given by said builder, we found ourselves under council scrutiny and in need of approvals for a building information certificate so as to see our renovations go to completion. We engaged Jordan and his team to work with our private certifier to carry out the required scope of works as part of the council approval workflow for a BIC. In such an engagement, we found Jordan to be extremely methodical and a consummate professional. Both himself and his crew of trades were always extremely patient and helpful in trying to meet the list of requirements outlined by council. Jordan was always readily available to go through any items of note with regards to the required deliverables and his pricing was transparent, fair and equitable. There were many a time where there were sudden knee-jerk changes in the BIC requirements but Jordan was always ready to help try to resolve any new or unforeseen issues that came up. I cannot be more pleased as to both I and my wife's interactions with Jordan and his team and would not hesitate in recommending Hartl Constructions to any potential new customers or any future renovation and/or building work. The means to which Jordan and his team conducted themselves is a testament as to how successful they already are in this industry and no doubt, will continue to flourish and grow his portfolio of successful outstanding jobs and extremely "chuffed" customers for many years to come.”

“Our family has worked with AEA Constructions on many projects now. We find that their standard of work is excellent. Some of our projects have been extremely complicated with six metre high glass doors for an example. AEA are one of few building companies that I would be able to manage such complex projects. Their site managers are always very competent and manage any issues with neighbours without any problems arising. I would recommend AEA and their team of qualified builders to everyone wanting a high standard of building They are also on call long after a project has been completed so that you know that you will always be looked after”
