“The Team led by Kee, the owner of Agora Rae Homes, provided a great result for us. From the process of discussing the requirements of the job(s) to the completion of the work Kee demonstrated a very skilled knowledge of the most appropriate solution for us through to the effective completion of the tasks required, on time and on budget with great trade skill, communication, manners, observation to maintaining strict adherence to processes to limit interference with necessary daily functioning of household members. Total clean up on completion of the job was also provided. Kee in particular is a very relatable young man with obvious excellent building and communication skills. I can recommend Kee and his team with full confidence for any home renovation works required.”

“Michael Edwards and his team have done multiple projects for us. We had a major renovation of our home in 2004 and then 2007. In 2016 we asked Michael to build a home for now and the future. We now have a sensational two storey sandstone home. We have always trusted Michael in all aspects of our home building. Communication is his key strength. The quality of his work is outstanding each project has come in on time and on budget. Michael was always available for any query we had. He was also flexible when we changed our minds during the build. We always respected his advice. Michael treats his employees and subcontractors well. They too speak highly of him. If we build again we will use Michael again.”

“Kirstie made our build experience effortless!!! My wife and I hired Kirstie to design a granny flat, with the intent to build the walls made of hemp. It was a new material that we had no experience with, and after a few conversations, we were sold on the qualities this building material would bring to our property. We hired Kirstie to complete the design, submit and manage the design through to council approval, oversee the build of the hemp walls, and consult on all matters regarding the build. This was the first time my wife and I had attempted to build a dwelling. For starters, she managed to get the design approved by council in record time. We were expected a long drawn out process, but found that she handled the interaction with council so efficiently, and guided us through the steps with ease. Then when the time came to build, she consulted on various aspects of the build (as we were building it as owner builders), and she also ran a workshop to get the walls built. With her guidance, patience and experience, the build experience exceeded our expectations. Everything went smoothly, and her meticulous planning ensured the workshops were a success, and the final finished product was sensational. We thoroughly recommend using Kirstie for your next build, and can confirm she will be our architect / consultant on all builds moving forward. Thank you Kirstie for a great build experience.”
