Hi If you are looking for a quality hassle free builder and lets face it who isn't look no further than Benik Building these guys are awesome. Right from the very first phone call to completion of the house the communication was excellent which was important as l currently live in Brisbane and due to Covid had very limited opportunity's to view the project but with a constant stream of photos and phone calls l never felt out touch with the project. The element of the project that impressed me the most was the quality of the build and attention to detail these guys have some serious pride in there work which these days is not always easy to find. Benik Building did an outstanding job building our house, the advice and support prior to breaking ground really allowed for our project to go so smoothly and took a lot of the guess work out for us as my wife and I aren't up to speed with building industry terminology. Ben, Nicki and the crew at Benik are truly a professional outfit, they were instrumental in keeping us informed in the build progress, they were upfront with explaining any issue we discovered along the way and were proficient in advising various solutions to gain best outcome against budget and/or aesthetics. We were very impressed with the attention to detail, the finished product is testament to Benik Building's commitment to produce the highest grade build. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to have Benik Building again to build in the future for us, in fact we wouldn't venture past them, we have had them back for small renovations like a roof over our deck.
