The quality of my build was high quality and family and friends who have visited have seen it for themselves and commented on all the finishes. As this was our first building experience, we weren’t sure what to expect. We have had friends and family with some horror stories with builders in the past, but we knew from the beginning that we were in good hands. Our home was completed well within the time frame and to the highest standard. Any minor issues were promptly resolved. We appreciated the constant updates from the team throughout the build and was very impressed with their knowledge and advise. This was a large and challenging project but they made it look easy and we throughly enjoyed the building journey. The team at BLD was very transparent and honest and provided all details of the cost upfront, I wouldn't choose anyone else for my next home!

Brenden and the team at BLD were super easy to deal with. They held our hand through the initial stages of what to expect when building, and were good at communicating decision points along the way. Even though our project did run overtime, Brenden and the team ensured we still were able to get into our new house before our bub arrived. The quality of the finishes in our house is outstanding, and they were super diligent in following up on any minor defects after the build had finished. Our build did run over budget but I guess that is the risk you run when building such a custom/bespoke house. Would recommend BLD as they are trustworthy, quality builders!
