“P.T.A.H recently completed renovating two bathrooms in our home and additions to the facade to improve the appearance of the property. The work included demolition, carpentry, tiling, a new shower and toilet, plumbing, cabinetry and electrical work The house is a Queenslander originally built circa 1920. It was raised in the mid 1980's and the lower level was built by a former owner on a DIY basis. The standard of this work was poor and resulted in water leakage, a floor that did not fall to floor waste and rotting out of VJ's, weather boards and timber frames. The remedial and new work completed by David and Andrew was to a very high standard and the cost reasonable. Prior to this P.T.A.H had completed a major renovation of our daughters property which included raising, building in of the lower level, extensions and alterations to the roof line. The work undertaken was of a high standard with very good attention to detail. This led us to engaging P.T.A.H to carry out our bathroom renovations.”

This guaranteed us an ongoing understanding of the build processes. Unlike project home builds, the initial quotation process was transparent and more inclusive. Now after 7 years we have not had any concerns with our home as it was a build using quality materials and workmanship through all stages of construction. We have no hesitation in recommending Accurate Building and Construction as a reliable and trustworthy building company for high quality renovation or new build work. Should the opportunity arise we would certainly build with them again.”

“''I recently had some work done by Michael (Mick) Campbell from Campbell Builders. Mick built a deck next to our swimming pool because the existing deck had rotted and needed replacement. Mick was very quick in coming to our house to measure up for a quote. I got the written quote by email the same night. It was very professionally presented. The price was realistic and I had a good feeling about the quality of Mick's work after I looked at his website. I went ahead and gave Mick the job. He said he would arrive at 7am on the first day and he was here on the dot. He was very punctual and reliable every day. He is very professional and causes no fuss. Nothing is too much trouble. The site was left spotless at the end of every day. He would be one of the tidiest tradies I have seen. My wife and I are extremely happy with the finished product. The deck is a masterpiece. Mick was extremely fussy with all the lines and levels. In some respects our requirements were a bit tricky but this didn't faze Mick and he has done a first class job. He finished the job with two coats of oil on the timber and it looks magic. It has really added value to our pool area. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mick as a skilled carpenter/builder. I wouldn't hesitate to get him back here to do more work for us. He is very reliable. The whole experience was a pleasure. Thanks Mick."”
