Breezeway House

Breezeway did an excellent job and created an amazing home. The team successfully managed several challenges on our block of land including a large slope and an underground sewer line. Rather than seeing the slope as a problem Breezeway saw and capitalised on the potential the block has to offer maximin the great views in the location. In addition, there was great flexibility in the design of the house allowing us to have the house looking and set out exactly the way we wanted. Everyone was very professional and communicative. We were able to have frequent visits to the house as it was being built and didn’t find anything about the process stressful. It was an enjoyable experience and we put that down to their responsiveness and helpfulness the whole way through.

Great job Breezeway! High attention to details, timely execution, good quality build. We had a difficult site with covenant, but Breezeway managed to build beautiful home that blends perfectly with the environment. We are happy with the results.

Love our new house! We needed a design to make the most of a 450m2, sloping block to get a comfortable, long term family home and garden. Vismaya was great at taking our ideas and wish lists and turning them into everything we wanted, in a house that fits the site perfectly.
