BSM Building is a family-owned and operated building business based in Brisbane specialising in architectural and custom-built new homes, house renovations and extensions, and selected commercial work.
Established in 2008, director and licensed Builder Ben Moore has more than 20 years’ experience in carpentry, cabinet making, landscaping and building. As an experienced furniture maker, Ben understands the finer details of carpentry, while his landscaping experience means he can offer expert advice on all aspects of creating your dream home, both inside and out.
BSM Building uses the same team of highly qualified sub-contractors for each job ensuring strong relationships, seamless communication, and consistency from everyone. As our director, Ben delivers hands-on management of each project and works closely with every member of our team to ensure the highest quality build, best overall experience, and optimal result for his clients.

Cannot recommend BSM Building highly enough. Ben and his team went out of their way to ensure our house extension was exactly what we wanted and happy to work within our budget. His team of workers were extremely respectful of my wife and toddlers while the build was undertaken. Any problems that arose was rectified without issue, there were never any dramas. As painless as it could be from planning, admin, construction and after completion support. Exceptional price, quality and team. Would recommend in a heartbeat, and would definitely be our first choice if we were undertaking any other work in the future.

I have used BSM Building on five projects over the last three years including; 2 storey extension to house, renovation of workers cottage, and building of three new architecturally designed homes.
I have always found the team at BSM Building to be very good to work with and flexible. Projects have always been completed on time and to a competitively priced budget. BSM Building's team of tradesmen and sub-contractors are also good to deal with, professional, and do a quality job. Importantly, BSM Building stand behind their work and are always available after the job is complete to attend to any minor issues requiring attention. With BSM Building, when dealing with Ben, you are dealing with the owner of the business.
I would be happy to use BSM Building again in the future and to recommend them to prospective clients.
