If you can lock these guys in - DO IT! I have been so lucky to work with Noel and Luke and their network of trades. They are detailed orientated, have a good sense of style and practical cost effective solutions. There was never any down time on their side and were patient and polite to me when I had delays with the bank. They run a super effecient site, with numerous trades working together and a good vibe on site which is important when it your home. Noel and Luke helped me through my first independent home renovation and nothing was an issue or a problem to them. I have utmost confidence in them and they are very experienced, time and cost effecient, have a great sense of style and just an absolute pleasure to work with ( the architects agree with me and wish all their jobs ran as smoothly as buildercos!)
