We have engaged Piero on an ongoing basis to renovate, replace & modernize various features on our aging 1960's home & property. His friendly disposition & expert knowledge of the building trade together with his practical ability to assess each project & deliver a professional cost effective outcome is a great asset. He communicates well, offers expert advice, takes pride in his work & leaves every completed project very clean & tidy. To date he has successfully completed renovating & modernization of our old & crumbling carport & front patio. Both of these projects now enhance the frontal appearance of our home. He has renovated & restored both the patio & pergola at the rear of our dwelling & replaced a storm damaged fibro fence with color bond at the side of our property. Internally, he has replaced our old stove with a more modern gas/electric appliance with a ducted exhaust system. He has also added improved features to all our kitchen cabinets. Piero provided us with great advice about soil stabilisation and releveling floors which saved us thousands of dollars. He was the only contractor to really investigate the situation by crawling under the narrow floor space. He was a pleasure to deal with and we enjoyed hearing his tales of working on the Harry Potter and Star Wars movies too. We can highly recommend him.

Building Dimensions have just completed a major repair of our roof, replacing a large leaky flat roof and skylight with a modern watertight solution. They repaired/replaced all the water damaged walls inside the house, renovated our bathroom and provided ad hoc repairs around the property. The job needed roofing, guttering, electrical, plumbing, plastering and painting expertise. Building Dimensions delivered a very high quality result within the agreed budget and we are very happy with the end result. Building Dimensions removed a load-bearing internal wall at my property. Piero explained everything well, he's a great communicator, and went above and beyond to do an excellent job. He also fixed my sprinkler system which was playing up. Piero stuck to the set budget and the job was done within the specified time-frame. The house was left spotless when he finished. Building Dimensions renovated our bathroom during December 2013 and January 2014. Piero and his contractors did a wonderful job. Our new bathroom is modern, stylish yet very practical. We had a deck extension built by Building Dimensions on a steep rocky hillside location in Perth Hills. Piero was very professional with excellent communication skills and our job was on budget and on time. On top of that the end result is a lovely new deck matching existing building, and with repairs to existing deck undertaken with a happy and obliging disposition. The site was left in perfect condition at the end of the job. We recommend Piero highly for his building skills, his communication skills and his integrity.
