“Kasia was great at both decorating and being a general contractor at a reasonable fee. I was away during the entire project and she understood my taste (whimsy modern?) and managed to bring the project (a complete rebuilt of an 1,100sf appt) to completion with a small budget and time overrun (but I still know that she saved me quite a bit of money in many ways). She was great at communicating despite the distance and over the time-zones and at shepherding the project through Vail's permitting nightmare. Her subcontractors were honest and personable. I am delighted with the result and am glad to have had Kasia as my contractor and decorator.”

“Did a great job building my house. It turned out to be well built. Close to budget and under a year to build! Tony Rutgers has assembled an A team with dedicated foremen and supervisors to get the job done. He has subs that show up and get the job done and he is fair with the pricing of fixing mistakes. “Brian build us a kitchen Island counter top. What guest say, seeing it for the first time is "WOW"! That says it all. Brian is a real craftsman and his work is of the highest quality. He is a General Contractor and specializes in home renovations. He has build new homes in Colorado and Montana. His hobby is making furniture reproductions. Brian has great ideas but is very good at taking homeowner's suggestions and improving on them.”
