“LTC did a complete renovation to my home. They took a home that had never been touched or updated since it was built in the early 70's, gutted it to the studs, and turned it in to a brand new home. Existing walls were removed to open the floor plan up, all bathrooms and the kitchen were completely updated and remodeled with custom cabinets, granite tops, and tile. Gorgeous sand and finish hard wood floors were installed throughout the majority of the house and all the exterior windows were replaced as well. The home was also painted inside and out. LTC did an outstanding job on my home. They had a plan and a vision for my home that was hard to imagine. I was blown away with the end result. Everything was perfect and completed on time! Another quality job done by LTC.”

“I don't imagine it happens very often when someone has zero complaints about their contractor. This is one such case. From day one, Virginia and Debbie of Level Craft have been responsive, attentive, and focused on our project. We've yet to experience any gaps between subs -- in fact, there have been only one or two days total when someone hasn't been at our house working, so we've enjoyed efficient, noticable progress each week. Virginia and Debbie know their stuff and, more importantly, know how to execute a beautiful build. Highly recommend!”

“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“Josh is amazing! I have used him for a lot of work at our house on multiple occasions. 1st project- replaced large entry window. 2nd project - Finish in entire basement 3rd project - Update master bathroom. 1st project went great. So that lead me to hire him for the second project. This was a big one. He did an excellent job. His attention to detail is unmatched. He constantly communicates status of the project. He stands by his work! Did I mention He stands by his work! Our 3rd project was just like the others. Excellent communication! Attention to detail! On time! Stands by his work! “Hamid is a great builder and very resourceful guy. We worked with Hamid on the addition project at our house and we loved the outcome! He was always around to check on his subs, he made suggestions and did the work so timely and on budget. Recently he has also become a business partner. I am an interior designer and we work together on projects all the time. I couldnt ask for a more knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and professional contractor to work with. Just like when he did the work for us, he always so nice and able to resolve any issues and we loved working with him, my clients are now the same way.
