“We are in the process of renovating a 100 year old SF Edwardian and started on the upstairs rooms. After interviewing and meeting with several contractors we chose Lee & Co. and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. We are still amazed at how meticulous, professional and hard working everyone was and the fact that the project was finished on time-incredible! “We hired Maksim to help us do dry rot repair and a patio door replacement. We are so happy with how it all turned out. Throughout the process Maksim kept us informed, was very professional and walked us through what he was doing. Maksim is also reasonably priced! “Doug provides high quality workmanship, great communication, clear and accurate bids. He listens to ideas of the owner and he then provides his professional expertise. He has good relationships with his subs and can move a project quickly. During covid, when we all needed to do outdoor activities, I wanted my side gate to be more accessible and look like part of the house. I am still so pleased with the outcome.”

“In January 2014 we had a total kitchen remodel done by Stellar. The old kitchen was small, outdated and dysfunctional. They removed everything and expanded the kitchen footprint. We supplied the flooring, cabinets, counter top, back splash, appliances, sink, faucet and hardware. Total cost was $29,000 for labor. The transformation is amazing and we still get compliments from everyone who sees it. Overall it was a good experience. We lived in the house while the renovation took place, which is not something I would recommend, but they were able to work around us and after about 3 months we have a "stellar" home.”

“I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction). They took care of all of my needs and met all of my expectations! Thank you Spectrum One. I will differently recommend them to all of my friends and family and will use their services again when we are ready for our next project!”
