“Glen and Sarah from the Tweed/Richmond Franchise were outstanding in their service, communication and assistance at all times. They were always willing to adjust changes and provide appropriate feedback and alterations to ensure the best for the build. Both were compassionate towards our family and were flexible to suit our changing needs. The final product, after completion contact and overall process was of the highest level and we would build with them again and recommend them to anyone else. “I can't speak highly enough of this builder. My husband works in the building industry and sees the final product of many many builders. He's worked for Lindon Homes for several years and always said that when we built our new home, Lindon Homes would be the one he'd choose. After nine years, we finally knocked down the old house and started the plans and then the build. If I wasn't so happy with the house, I'd build again with Lindon Homes in a heartbeat! We found the process smooth, upfront and organised - everything you want in your build. We have time with an interior decorator. I'd spent four years clipping pages from Home Beautiful and gave them all to her! A week later, I went in and picked all the tiles, laminates, caesarstone, etc. in one go from the choices she'd selected from the photos I'd given her. Brilliant! And so easy to see all my selections in one place. The workers onsite were polite whenever I turned up with my three kids under six and baby in a sling! I can't recommend the company highly enough.”

“Fulfilled all aspects of both jobs The lift install was a challenge involving cutting through the concrete floor all done with much less mess and inconvenience final completion was perfect and left us totally satisfied The onsuite was a similarly process successful effort with minimal disruption to our daily life every effort to a keeping dust ,mess was done and w Must say very successfully achieved The completed on suite ( really a complete rebuild) was excellent and full filled our expectations rob a tee Very happy with the whole experience”

“Fantastic Construction people, I like the way the price doesn't change and they work in with you. I don't know the technical stuff but some how they understood what i wanted and made it really easy to understand. Increasing the value of a home was the priority as we didn't want to move. We wanted more natural light and more space, the cost was realistic and they worked around our schedule so there was minimum disturbance. They really put themselves our for us. I would use them again perhaps in a few years to work on the patio and pool, for now the extension front and back will keep us happy.”
