    “Led by two young carpenters, Jedabuild provided us with a total building solution. We engaged them to renovate a 1920's building and we encountered several unexpected obstacles. No matter what they were faced with, they came up with a workable solution and embraced the changes with a great attitude. We were left with a fantastic result! Jeremy and Dan, and their team, take great pride in their work. They turn up when they say they will and communicate very well.     “We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

Clive is the builder, with incredible experience and knowledge of building. They both have a wide network of builders and suppliers to provide the best build and materials for your project. I have no doubt that my build will go with minimal problems (and if there are any problems with will be resolved smoothly and professionally), will be built on time and on budget.     “Before I built my house I went to the larger recognised builders - McDonald Jones, Masterton, Eden Brae etc. I was extremely disappointed and ripped off by a few: eg we got an estimated price and were happy to pay $750 and $990 for the "fixed price tender" only for them to say they couldn't build on our block. So we went to Tony Williams Designer Homes. It was so easy, Tony was great to deal with, know's his stuff, has a great team in the office, keeps his overheads down, manages the process and is hand's on. Our house was built very quickly and we're very pleased with the result. Tony and his team did a fantastic job.”
