“I do not usually bother posting reviews (unless I am strongly motivated to complain), but the very positive experience we enjoyed with Refresh Renovations Gold Coast was such that I felt they needed a very big pat on the back for a job well done. We wanted to "refresh" various aspects of our home which was built approximately 13 years ago, but did not know where to start with engagement of contractors and making necessary choices. Martin was able to give valuable guidance on what we needed to do and the contractors he engaged were excellent. The whole job was completed ahead of time, and the quality of the outcome was even better than we had anticipated. I would recommend them to anyone needing a builder for home renovations. “I can't speak highly enough of this builder. My husband works in the building industry and sees the final product of many many builders. He's worked for Lindon Homes for several years and always said that when we built our new home, Lindon Homes would be the one he'd choose. After nine years, we finally knocked down the old house and started the plans and then the build. If I wasn't so happy with the house, I'd build again with Lindon Homes in a heartbeat! We found the process smooth, upfront and organised - everything you want in your build. We have time with an interior decorator. I'd spent four years clipping pages from Home Beautiful and gave them all to her! A week later, I went in and picked all the tiles, laminates, caesarstone, etc. in one go from the choices she'd selected from the photos I'd given her. Brilliant! And so easy to see all my selections in one place. The workers onsite were polite whenever I turned up with my three kids under six and baby in a sling! I can't recommend the company highly enough.”

“Cannot recommend Dwain and the team at Hezzelic enough! From our first meeting, Dwain was great to deal with, friendly, listened to what we were after and our concerns (we were building in Brisbane whilst living in Sydney), accommodating and provided valuable feedback on all aspects given this was our first build. All the specifications and price of the build were laid out from the beginning and Dwain took the time to talk through all our questions in detail (thanks for your patience!) to make sure we were comfortable with everything and to ensure there were no surprises. All the inclusions were of a high standard. The build itself was seamless, we were provided regular updates on the progress of the build and there were no delays from the original timetable. What sets Hezzelic apart is the quality of finishes and the pride Dwain, Shane and the team take in their work. Just a tiny example, during the build, Dwain noticed the way we had the front door swing in the plans didn’t flow well practically, he called us to discuss this, and amended the plan for the door accordingly. It is the little details like this that you miss when you are not on site but that we were grateful that the Hezzelic team took the time to think of and address during the build process. Dwain, Shane and the team have great attention to detail and take pride in their finishes, when we did the walk through for handover, they picked out defects that we missed and had them all fixed prior to us moving in. We are often complemented by friends (especially those who have built before) on the quality of our build. Thank you Dwain, Shane and the team. We look forward to partnering with you again in the future when we build our next home.”

“I have had the absolute pleasure building with Sanctuary 28 . And this is my memory. You have in office Mark who keeps it all in line and on budget for everyone, along with Vicky who basically does it all. And on site I had the pleasure of meeting Bradley the Electrician (many times as i kept changing my mind and kept a smile the whole time) , Trent the chippie, Reg the Chippie, Reg the concreter, of course I would forget Andrew and Ash the plumbers and Barrett Brothers who painted, painted and came back and painted again.. love those guys. And finally of course The Don. Well Don is just the best. The best way to describe him is from his words. "Anna, We only have solutions here not problems." and no matter how small the job was he always made me feel very important and I truly appreciate that so very much. I also appreciate that none of the guys listed above really ever got frustrated with me. And i can tell you that might not have been always easy. When building a house it is so important to get things right and whilst not always an easy task it often takes looking, thinking and changing your mind in the process and I am so pleased all these people allowed me to do this. I am now building my second home with Sanctuary 28 and I am weeks away from finishing ill report back again but i am sure it will be a good one. And i have had the great joy of working with all the guys again. I must not forget the additions to the above on the new house My Chippie Mick , buddy Kev , Dean the Tiler and wee Sam who basically endured my daily site visits to see what they were up to and always good advise and wiling to allow me to create another Lovely Sanctuary 28 home.. And I can tell you it will not be my last. I hope this helps you.. As you can see i Highly recommend Don and his many wonderful men and women who make up the great team at Sanctuary 28. I will miss them all when I am in my new home.. So will have to start thinking of the next project.”
