Matt was accommodating of any changes we requested and provided us with knowledgeable recommendations. We were seriously impressed by the efforts of all members of his team to correct issues with our very old house. It was lovely to receive all the positive comments from our neighbours who universally praised all the tradespeople involved – builders, electricians, plumbers etc for being so polite and friendly.     “Elwood Building Co. project managed and constructed a full modern home extension to a heritage house. The front heritage facade was strengthened to stand the test of time and merges with the new build towards the rear effortlessly. Elwood Building Co. had a consultative approach from start to finish with great access to local resources and suppliers. Minor amendments and inclusions throughout the construction were always accommodated with a “can do” approach. From setting the foundations and getting the house up from the ground (Elwood has terrible soil), to framing a replacement gable roof to match the old one and to the flawless finishes of the interior we truly could not be happier with the end result. A big value-add is the support given by Elwood Building Co. and its contractors after the completion of the build. Thank-you for a great experience.”
