“My wife and I initially contacted Andrew having inspected a new house constructed by Ritz Homes in our local area. Following the initial tender submissions, Ritz Homes was selected from three prospective builders due to Andrew’s excellent up front service and guidance. I am pleased to say this was maintained throughout the project. Andrew and his architect / structural engineer developed a set of drawings and associated documentation which were approved by Council under a Complying Development Certificate with no fuss. We were actively involved throughout the design and construction process with many design changes and modifications. Andrew was patient throughout this process and provided straightforward pragmatic advice to inform our decisions. Andrew has a keen eye for detail and holds himself to high professional standards. His extensive experience and hands on approach ensured that the inevitable issues encountered throughout construction were resolved promptly. We were kept up to date with progress on site with regular phone calls and email correspondence. We found the workmanship provided by Ritz Homes and the subcontractors to be of a consistently high standard. The site was kept clean and organised at all times. Andrew took time to ensure that neighbours were informed and that any inconvenience was minimised. During the handover and maintenance period, Andrew continued his excellent service to rectify all minor defects promptly.
