“APlus remodeled my Kitchen and dining room. Alex gave me new ideas on a design much better than my existing design. When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. I am super happy with my new home. So much better than I ever imagined.”

“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “I have built two homes with Patterson Construction, a duplex in Corona Del Mar and a luxury bay front home on Balboa Island. I chose Patterson Construction after a competitive bid process with many other custom home builders in the area. Both homes were built on time, on budget and to exacting quality standards. I was impressed with the management at Patterson Construction and believe they represent a new generation in custom home building bringing a level of professionalism, flexibility, and ongoing customer support not usually seen in the industry. For example, Patterson Construction's billing and accounting, home specification documentation and warranty binder are comparable to what one would find in a Fortune 500 company, not a local builder. And Patterson Construction's "open book" policy provided a level of trust and honesty that made my decisions about design/construction modifications easy to make with full confidence. And finally, what truly impressed me about Patterson Construction was their commitment to stand behind their homes by providing continued professional, timely support for both warranty and on going maintenance issues long after my homes were completed.
