“We have faced extreme difficulty on how to build our house. Big companies offered good price but low quality and rigid inflexible designs. Private builders offered expensive quotes and no price guarantees. Till we met Mr. Atalla from design and build. He was extremely patient, professional and above all he was honest. A true gentleman and a man of great quality. A very good build so far and unbeatable prices. Highly recommended!”

“Elwood Building Co. project managed and constructed a full modern home extension to a heritage house. The front heritage facade was strengthened to stand the test of time and merges with the new build towards the rear effortlessly. Elwood Building Co. had a consultative approach from start to finish with great access to local resources and suppliers. Minor amendments and inclusions throughout the construction were always accommodated with a “can do” approach. From setting the foundations and getting the house up from the ground (Elwood has terrible soil), to framing a replacement gable roof to match the old one and to the flawless finishes of the interior we truly could not be happier with the end result. A big value-add is the support given by Elwood Building Co. and its contractors after the completion of the build. Thank-you for a great experience.”

“This was my 1st experience with a renovation and working with Heath of Donnellan Constructions was a very good experience, his staff are excellent, easy to talk to and get my questions answered. His work ethic is very good and all the men who came on site knew what they had to do and did it with out any problems and of course I am very pleased with the finished product and everyone that comes to my house says Wow.”
