“I recently had my deck completely re-built by KCT, and they did not disappoint. Right from the initial quote to the end of the job these guys did exactly what they said they would, and even upgraded some items to ensure it turned out top-notch. Kyle, Chase, and Trevor were professional, they showed up everyday, and communicated well throughout the process. They built the deck per my specifications, and were very responsive to my questions and additions that were requested mid-project. Every time they came across a decision in building, their choice was always the way that made the deck better, not quicker/easier. I truly appreciate their efforts and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again guys!”

“Jamie and his team recently completed an extensive renovation of my condo. The project included new wood flooring for the entire first floor, four different tile projects, installation of a glass railing system, custom wood wall covering as well as several small projects. The craftsmanship of everyone involved was fantastic. The attention to detail throughout the project was amazing. Jamie is very knowledgable and was a tremendous help to me as my vision of what I wanted evolved. The transformation of my space is phenomenal and I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie.”

“After initial delays due to supplier and subcontractor problems, and some communication issues, Omega came through with a wonderfully bright and useable new laundry room in what had been a dungeon of a basement. Dee Popovic (designer) and Jesse Oliver (project manager) figured out a way to adapt a layout we'd seen online into something that would work in our very tight basement space. Alan VanderMeer and Clay Sturgeon worked skillfully and tirelessly to manifest it. Although the project took longer than expected, we are very pleased with the final result. We got not only a new washer dryer, but a lovely room and - best of all - much needed storage space.”

I had a chance in 2007 to help build a home I designed and Jake was the ICF contractor on the project, while on this project I learn more from him about ICF construction than any one else in the industry. “From the moment we met Brian Meiste, we knew that his home building approach was different from his competition. The warm smile from Amber when we walked in made us feel welcome. Brian gave a good picture of how they work (it turned out that he was absolutely sincere) and was happy to meet with us any time and show us other homes that he built in the area. Our design consultants, Abbey and Heidi, were so well organized and helpful. They actually knew what we would like before we even saw it! The project management team of Kevin and Zach kept things nicely on track. Every promise was made good on and they worked within our budget. Now that we have moved in, we couldn’t be happier.
