“We hired Steve from BCI on the recommendation from a friend for a full renovation on the downstairs area of our home as well as an additional build of an attached granny flat. From the moment we met Steve we were impressed and at ease with his friendly honest approach. He was thorough & informative in letting us know the process at hand. Not only was his knowledge in building & renovating but he also has some wonderful creative ideas that helped with design, colours & interior choices. Everyone from BCI were extremely friendly, professional and worked incredibly hard to deliver an amazing result ahead of schedule. We could not have been happier and highly recommend this company with your build or renovation.”

“Dan did an amazing job. He organised everything. Was easy to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast he got in and got the job done. The quality of his work i thought was to a very high standard. He always turned up. Money well worth spent. We had a granny flat we had been in the process of building and hadn't done anything on it for 2 years. We needed help. We decided to find a builder who could build our deck for us. It was about 18m x 9.5m (veranda on 3 sides) and was about 2m off the ground (the ground was elevated). A friend ended up recommending Dan to us. Dan also did the veranda roof, guttering etc and wire balustrade all the way around. Looks really beautiful. I also got him to build some internal shelving, put doors on, attach towel rails, mirrors and other bits and pieces. I'm so glad we did.”

“I have had the absolute pleasure building with Sanctuary 28 . And this is my memory. You have in office Mark who keeps it all in line and on budget for everyone, along with Vicky who basically does it all. And on site I had the pleasure of meeting Bradley the Electrician (many times as i kept changing my mind and kept a smile the whole time) , Trent the chippie, Reg the Chippie, Reg the concreter, of course I would forget Andrew and Ash the plumbers and Barrett Brothers who painted, painted and came back and painted again.. love those guys. And finally of course The Don. Well Don is just the best. The best way to describe him is from his words. "Anna, We only have solutions here not problems." and no matter how small the job was he always made me feel very important and I truly appreciate that so very much. I also appreciate that none of the guys listed above really ever got frustrated with me. And i can tell you that might not have been always easy. When building a house it is so important to get things right and whilst not always an easy task it often takes looking, thinking and changing your mind in the process and I am so pleased all these people allowed me to do this. I am now building my second home with Sanctuary 28 and I am weeks away from finishing ill report back again but i am sure it will be a good one. And i have had the great joy of working with all the guys again. I must not forget the additions to the above on the new house My Chippie Mick , buddy Kev , Dean the Tiler and wee Sam who basically endured my daily site visits to see what they were up to and always good advise and wiling to allow me to create another Lovely Sanctuary 28 home.. And I can tell you it will not be my last. I hope this helps you.. As you can see i Highly recommend Don and his many wonderful men and women who make up the great team at Sanctuary 28. I will miss them all when I am in my new home.. So will have to start thinking of the next project.”

He has replaced bathrooms in a number of units at The Shores Holiday Apartments for the unit owners, always completing the work on time, to the highest standard and on budget. His pricing is always fair and competitive. He understands the noise and time constraints of our business too. Jaylyn Constructions have also been engaged by The Shores Body Corporate on a number of occasions, replacing balcony railings and carport posts. “We can not recommend gj tweed heads enough. When we were looking for a builder we needed to find one who would not treat us as a number, one in who we could trust, honest from the get go, up front with costs and who would give us quality whilst still keeping in our budget. From the research we did we found gj to be the builder for us. We were building interstate so we had to be certain that the build would run smoothly without us there checking on it. GJ proved to us that they indeed have all of the above qualities. From customer service to the trades we were well looked after. The build time was extremely quick but the quality remained. Our SS was awesome, we cannot speak highly enough of him. Our result was our dream home, better than we could have envisaged. If we were to build again we would hire gj again in a heartbeat.”
