Nick has an experienced and highly professional team who all worked together efficiently and delivered a high quality result on time and on budget. We had heard so many horror stories of builders but our experience was the opposite. Nick has pride in his work, integrity and honesty - it was always a pleasure to deal with him. On many occasions he made decisions that demonstrated his priority was the quality of the build and the end result - a home we would enjoy and be proud of! “Hello I bought a lovely little 3 bedroom home from Peter and his family just over ago year now. I love the house and the design and believe the quality of the build was really well done. I have been renting the house for the past year and my tenant has made no complaints about anything and tells me he really enjoys living there so I can not wait to move in myself next year. I did not build with Peter therefore can not comment on the process of building a house with him but I have had lots of contact with him since buying the house and he is very easy to communicate with and responds promptly to queries or questions that I have had. He was also very passionate about the cottage and I can only imagine that he would be the very same with building any home.”

“Nagel Building & Carpentry provided me with a very competitive quote for my pair of floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors. On site, they were quick and highly effective, managing to install the doors and deal with the irregularities of the install with courteous professionalism. I have since contacted them for some follow-up advice and they have been nothing but helpful. I have no issue recommending them to anyone seeking to have work done.”

“Duncan Constructions certainly CAN when others can’t. We had been searching for a builder for a couple of years with little luck. A friend recommended Duncan Constructions and that was the beginning of a fabulous journey for the renovation of our home. We rang Glen Duncan and he came around that week to our home and spent 2 hours going over the plans we had suggesting design improvements and making greater use of existing space. It was at that moment that we realised if we had gone to Glen in the beginning, we would not have spent so much on an architect. We recommend before you have any plans drawn up to contact Glen Duncan as he is truly a visionary man and can provide wonderful and exciting ideas before you begin the renovation journey and as well as a ball park cost figure to construct. We commenced the renovation journey with Duncan Constructions over 12 months ago and Glen was able to incorporate us remaining in our home whilst the renovation took place - what a bonus! All the tradespeople who came into our home were respectful of our home and mindful that we were still living there. We have heard stories of how stressful other people have found the renovation experience but our experience was anything but. We would come home of an evening and just walk around admiring what our house was becoming – it was a very exciting journey. All through the build, Glen and his team were in constant contact with us and making suggestions for amendment as the build progressed to improve it. We have ended up with the most beautiful house and one which we give full credit to Glen on not only the finished product but that it was also built within budget. We quite often say that when we commenced, we had no idea that our house which was once the ugly duckling on the street, would end up looking as magnificent as it does. We highly recommend Duncan Constructions from the beginning through to the end.”
