Donna works as the project manager with exceptional attention to detail, always delivers on time and is always available to discuss anything via phone or email. Clive is the builder, with incredible experience and knowledge of building. They both have a wide network of builders and suppliers to provide the best build and materials for your project. I have no doubt that my build will go with minimal problems (and if there are any problems with will be resolved smoothly and professionally), will be built on time and on budget. “We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”
