“We have used Prosperity home renovations for over 3 years now. We have done a major renovations with our old house looks brand new. We had completely renovated a kitchen and laundry converted to an additional laundry cum toilet & shower. The landscaping, painting and renovation works were immaculate. Sameer is very good with design, quality of work and budget friendly and very accommodating in general. The work they have done is also guaranteed to last long and increased market value for my property.”

“Andrew & his team were standouts when we did a complete kitchen demolition & rebuild this year. Debono constructions were contracted to get two rooms ready for the new kitchen which included demolition, building new walls & preparing & resurfacing 80sqms of existing timber flooring. Everything went like clockwork, everyone turned up in a timely manner & when they were meant to. Difficulties always arise when dealing with the old fabric of a building but these were overcome in a creative ways. We cannot praise his carpenter & the flooring specialist enough. Andrew was always available to the trades we’d organised & everyone worked as a team. Great work ethic, great team, great result.”

“David Spees and his team at Against the Grain are the holy grail of builders! They were highly professional and produced a result exceeding our expectations. All the tradesmen were highly skilled, a pleasure to deal with, courteous and always left the property tidy every day. The entire team worked as if the house were their own. David made invaluable suggestions in regards to layout and fittings, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was excellent throughout the process. We would highly recommend Against the Grain for anyone building or renovating who wants the very best. This is our forever home, and we could not be more pleased with the standard of work. “Holden Constructions was an extremely professional company. From start to finish the team provided clear advice as to what was happening on site and kept me informed along the way through the use of up to date site photographs, financial breakdowns and construction timelines. The team was always clean on site and would ensure the property was treated as if it was their own home. The finish is beyond brilliant. I cannot fault any part and everyone who comes into the house are instantly awe struck. There isn't a design or construction challenge that Holden Constructions isn't capable of achieving. I definitely will use Holden Constructions again for future projects.”

“We spent months looking for a suitable builder. We made a decision within days that Mark was the right fit for us. The quality of his workmanship in not only his own house but projects he has since completed for us and friends is second to none. We were surprised at the amount of time Mark spends on site as well. We had spoken to others who struggled to get in contact with their builder.building company but Mark was always available and if he was unable to be reached we would always receive a call back within 24 hours. We can't recommend him highly enough and continue to recommend him to others at any opportunity as we know he won't make a mockery of us.”

“We undertook a major renovation of the ground level of our home in January 2016, including removing several load-bearing walls, creating a new open plan design that incorporates entry, kitchen and dining and flows out onto a large covered deck and outdoor kitchen. This was the first time that we have undertaken major renovations so we were definitely feeling apprehensive. One of the main reasons we chose Patterson Built was how quickly Grant seemed to dial in to our design ideas and the fact we could talk to him in lay terms. It meant that during the build phase, he was able to provide helpful advice and suggestions, right down to matching timbers and choosing finishes and we're very happy with the outcome. We actually felt comfortable enough to leave some decisions purely in his hands. The other thing that stands out for us is the level of finish and the quality of tradesmanship, across all aspects of the build. Definitely high spec. Definitely recommended.”
