“I run a small printing business in Pymble and in September 2016 found I needed to vacate my existing premises and be completely moved by the end of October. As you could imagine, this was a very busy and stressful time with a huge amount to organise. The first and most important thing I needed to know was where am I going to move and is it going to be a suitable facility for my equipment. On very short notice, Jordan came to my proposed new site and was able to answer all my questions and solve the problems we had on our initial walk through. Within two days he had prepared a detailed and complete quote for the works needed to renovate the premises into the space I needed to operate my business. Being forced into a situation with very limited time, Jordan was amazingly accommodating to fit me into his schedule and completed all the works within the deadlines and budget he had quoted. To make this happen Jordan worked long hours and on weekends to get the job done. He had a fantastic team of trades that backed him up who were all a pleasure to deal with. In the end, the job was finished a few days ahead of time and the workmanship and finishes were all exceptional. Two years on, I still get customers coming through my door and commenting on how great the shop looks which is a ringing endorsement of the impressive work Jordan has done for me and my business. I have included some (amateur) photos that were taken before, during and after the renovation works. The site was transformed from a boxed in maze to an open and functional space to for us to work in. I would recommend Jordan as he is an exceptional builder and know who my first call will be to next time I need any building or carpentry done at my business or home. “It is with great pleasure that we provide this review of our builder Hall & Hart Homes. Building with Hall & Hart has given our family a beautiful home built to the highest standard. When we first walked into the display home at Marsden Park we knew this was the house for us. Our thoughts were complete after meeting with the sales team who went and inspected some of the blocks we were looking at purchasing. On finally settling on a block with a pretty aggressive slope to the rear and side Hall & Hart worked closely with us to get our design perfect. We settled on a custom build based mainly around the Chelsea with a lot of the Ascot features mixed in. Working with the interior design team was nothing short of amazing. Carly knew exactly what we were after and worked tirelessly to help source the inclusions and the look we were after. We were given different options to choose from to help keep within our budget. The final costs of our new home were transparent all the way through and there were no hidden or unexpected costs. The build itself was a fantastic experience and stress free through out and this was all down to our Site Supervisor. Mick is a supervisor with extremely high standards and work ethics we believe that this high standard is evident throughout our home. His communication with us all the way through was flawless and answered all our questions and concerns. We felt as if it was his own house at times because he was so invested in the build and made sure we were 100% happy with everything. There is quiet a lot of detail in our home and the quality of the trades that Mick has associated himself with are awesome. From the parquetry flooring , wainscoting to the exterior mouldings everything has been done with the highest attention to detail. We feel that the whole experience with Hall & Hart was something that we will always remember with high regard and we are so glad that we made the decision to build with such a quality company.”

“I hired Neil Turrell and the fabulous Brad Trethowan for a significant personal renovation project that I needed done in an eye-wateringly tight timeframe. Not only did they do it on time, they were unfailingly professional and careful, and cheerful. We all know how important it is to be cheerful when the pressure's on during a reno! “Andrew & his team were standouts when we did a complete kitchen demolition & rebuild this year. Debono constructions were contracted to get two rooms ready for the new kitchen which included demolition, building new walls & preparing & resurfacing 80sqms of existing timber flooring. Everything went like clockwork, everyone turned up in a timely manner & when they were meant to. Difficulties always arise when dealing with the old fabric of a building but these were overcome in a creative ways. We cannot praise his carpenter & the flooring specialist enough. Andrew was always available to the trades we’d organised & everyone worked as a team. Great work ethic, great team, great result.”

“We got in touch with esteem construction for our house renovation along with few others. We went ahead with esteem as their quotes were quite reasonable. Now that our renovations are done i would definitely recommend esteem as it was done well witin our budget and the end outcome was exceptional well beyond our expectations. It was pleasure engaging with esteem and professionalism was second to none. I will definately go ahead with them again if i need to do any other renovations.”

“We have used Prosperity home renovations for over 3 years now. We have done a major renovations with our old house looks brand new. We had completely renovated a kitchen and laundry converted to an additional laundry cum toilet & shower. The landscaping, painting and renovation works were immaculate. Sameer is very good with design, quality of work and budget friendly and very accommodating in general. “We were really pleased with the service we received from Quantum Built as we were with the final results of our renovations. The team worked with us closely from the original concepts and designs to material selections and budget management. We were first time renovators and felt Scott, Jason and the team showed their expertise and understanding in guiding us through the process. During the planning stage they were always quick to respond to our requests with design alterations and when we needed to tailor the plans to work within budgetary limitations they did so without delay.
