“I can't speak highly enough of this builder. My husband works in the building industry and sees the final product of many many builders. He's worked for Lindon Homes for several years and always said that when we built our new home, Lindon Homes would be the one he'd choose. After nine years, we finally knocked down the old house and started the plans and then the build. If I wasn't so happy with the house, I'd build again with Lindon Homes in a heartbeat! We found the process smooth, upfront and organised - everything you want in your build. We have time with an interior decorator. I'd spent four years clipping pages from Home Beautiful and gave them all to her! A week later, I went in and picked all the tiles, laminates, caesarstone, etc. in one go from the choices she'd selected from the photos I'd given her. Brilliant! “I have had the absolute pleasure building with Sanctuary 28 . And this is my memory. You have in office Mark who keeps it all in line and on budget for everyone, along with Vicky who basically does it all. And on site I had the pleasure of meeting Bradley the Electrician (many times as i kept changing my mind and kept a smile the whole time) , Trent the chippie, Reg the Chippie, Reg the concreter, of course I would forget Andrew and Ash the plumbers and Barrett Brothers who painted, painted and came back and painted again.. love those guys. And finally of course The Don. Well Don is just the best. The best way to describe him is from his words. "Anna, We only have solutions here not problems." and no matter how small the job was he always made me feel very important and I truly appreciate that so very much. I also appreciate that none of the guys listed above really ever got frustrated with me. And i can tell you that might not have been always easy. When building a house it is so important to get things right and whilst not always an easy task it often takes looking, thinking and changing your mind in the process and I am so pleased all these people allowed me to do this. I am now building my second home with Sanctuary 28 and I am weeks away from finishing ill report back again but i am sure it will be a good one. And i have had the great joy of working with all the guys again. I must not forget the additions to the above on the new house My Chippie Mick , buddy Kev , Dean the Tiler and wee Sam who basically endured my daily site visits to see what they were up to and always good advise and wiling to allow me to create another Lovely Sanctuary 28 home..
