“Drew remodeled my entire kitchen along with two new double hung series energy package windows with capping. The kitchen looks 100% better! What I can say is I do not trust many contractors to do the work, but Drew's professionalism and his work was A+ along with his reliability. “I have hired A&E Construction for both large and small projects multiple times over the past 8 years and without any hesitation, give them the highest recommendation possible. The owner of the company, Greg Fontaine, is experienced, knowledgeable, honest and reliable. Projects were always done on time and on budget and if for some reason, the schedule needs to change, Greg does an excellent job communicating the reasons. Before working with A&E, we hired many contractors over the years, and no one ever compared in terms of quality of work combined with reliability and trustworthiness. Another thing we've really appreciated about working with Greg is his ability to provide us with options and ideas if we needed to scale back on a project. Two of the larger projects Greg did for us were finishing our basement and building a poolhouse. Greg was very cognizant that we did not have an unlimited budget and worked with us to make sure we got the most for our money. Greg also does an excellent job hiring talented and reliable people that I am always comfortable having in my home. Additionally, they are very neat and always clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Lastly, and most importantly, Greg really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond what's expected to make sure they are 100% satisfied. I can't say enough good things about him and A&E!! If you hire them, you won't be disappointed.”

“I think most people write reviews when the work is just finished or even during the process. I wanted people to know that I purchased my new home about a year ago and taking care of various issues after the sale is done is extremely important to us. Kevin and his teams not only built our home, but they are also there for us when we need them. Some of these issues were not the responsibility of KD Builders but they took the time to help us solve these problems and in one case fixed it without charging us. Beyond their impressive expertise, every member of Kevin's team is friendly and a pleasure to work with. They proficiently address the issues and are able to clearly explain the process to a layman. In short, they are skilled, knowledgeable, and they really care about their clients. We highly recommend that you if you have a project for your home that you give them a call.”

“I used Wow Your Ideas for a complete home renovation. The inside of my home was almost completely demolished then rebuilt into an open concept dream home. The owner, Meko Foster, has an amazing brain that can turn the most difficult ideas into reality. He is brilliant, professional, personable, extremely reliable, and ALWAYS keeps "your" best interest and budget in mind. He removed walls, ceilings, moved doorways, etc., all according to code. After the reconstruction, Meko finished the interior with décor. His eye for color, décor, and design is extraordinary, as he has the ability to coordinate and blend the entire space so that it flows from room to room. I don't believe there is any unique idea that he cannot conquer. Meko starts the process with listening to your "needs" and "wants", keeping you involved throughout the project, then miraculously brings your ideas to fruition. And, if you don't have "ideas", simply let Meko figure out what the space needs. With a small budget, he added just the right touch to another house of mine that enabled me to sell it quickly. His creativity will amaze you.”

“Santech construction was hired to undertake a major renovation of our property in Society Hill , Philadelphia . The scope of work involved a complete demolition of the interior of the house and a full renovation of kitchen, bathrooms, new electrical , new plumbing , flooring, doors, staircase among others . Santech has exceeded our expectations . They were responsible, on time, profession and very respectful of our neighbors. The project took 9 months to complete and we really enjoyed working with Santech . They have a great attitude and work well with others . We would definitely recommend Santech to our friends and will be working with them again in the future.”

“Peter Economou is exceptionally professional and does an excellent job on budget and on time. His company totally renovated two bathrooms for us. Not only did he help us with our selection of materials that were appropriate for our project but he took great pride in making sure that the projects turned out as we wished and are both beautiful and functional. Sparti also replaced our deck a couple of years ago. This was also a great project. We highly recommend Sparti Construction.”
