“Before I built my house I went to the larger recognised builders - McDonald Jones, Masterton, Eden Brae etc. I was extremely disappointed and ripped off by a few: eg we got an estimated price and were happy to pay $750 and $990 for the "fixed price tender" only for them to say they couldn't build on our block. So we went to Tony Williams Designer Homes. It was so easy, Tony was great to deal with, know's his stuff, has a great team in the office, keeps his overheads down, manages the process and is hand's on. Our house was built very quickly and we're very pleased with the result. Tony and his team did a fantastic job.”
