All my concerns were addressed appropriately and all deadlines were met. We have built a home before but this was an excellent experience compared to first home building experience. “We have called on Cornerstone Remodeling over the last 13 years to do many renovation projects for us in two different homes. They have ranged from two kitchen and two full bathroom remodels, hardwood, luxury vinyl flooring and carpet installation, fireplace refacing, painting, composite deck building, garage insulation and drywalling and full lower level finishing including bedroom, bath and family room. Ken and John Dachs are excellent craftsmen and very easy to work with. They make very good suggestions to solve unique challenges that have come up during the remodeling processes and were with us every step of the way during our various projects. We always felt very comfortable that things would be completed in excellent fashion at an economical cost. Besides having confidence with the work done in our homes, we like and are comfortable with them on a personal level, which is equally important. We feel confident in the Dachs’ work and have referred many others to them, which I think is the highest praise we can give to Cornerstone Remodeling!”

“We completed a large remodeling project with Highland Builders, and we truly have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Highland was consistently on time, on budget,and full of great ideas and solutions from the beginning design phase all the way through the construction process. On many occasions they went above and beyond our expectations, being 'on call' for many months and always coming through immediately in any situation. “We hired Reality Construction to finish about 1000 sq ft of our basement in Fall of 2016. Mike was absolutely true to his word in delivering on-time and on-budget. Both the timeframe and the budget he quoted us at our first meeting was what we paid. We couldn't be happier with our finished space, it truly completes our home. Mike and his team were easy to work with from start to finish. Mike checked in on the project almost daily and was incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. He was able to take some of the ideas that we had and make them even better. The finishes the Reality team suggested and implemented were of the highest quality. Most of what we have in our lower level is nicer than what the builder put in upstairs! Reality gave us a beautiful, comfortable space that our family will enjoy for years to come. “The first day we met with the Cypress team to discuss the home building experience we were impressed. We felt that we were allowed to discuss options and go with what was best for us. However, the Cypress team gave us valuable input into aspects of the building process that we were not privy to nor did we previously discuss. Perhaps a workshop on the home building process would be a good marketing strategy? We will look to build in the near future with Cypress.”

“We hired Kuber Construction for a Master Bathroom Suite addition. The project involved enclosing a second floor exposed porch, complete existing bathroom demo and rebuild from the floor up. Rough and finish carpentry, exterior enclosure, new roof line, plumbing, electrical, extensive Travertine Tile work and finish painting (cradle to grave). Eric and his team were flawless both in professionalism and craftsmanship. Kurber Construction will be on the job for our next project, he was on time and on budget..”
