“Jason and his team have completed numerous renovations at our place in the Noosa hinterland. His first task was a pool house and numerous decks in 2015. The workmanship was so good, we had them return to build a large outdoor entertaining area and carry out structural improvements to our property. This soon followed with internal flooring replacement, a retaining wall build, and just recent completion of renovations to 3 bathrooms. And a master suite/ retreat. I can highly recommend Recom for any building work. The attention to detail, the high quality finish, the polite and friendly team are always on time.”

“I wasn’t keen to build as I’d heard too many horror stories but we wanted to live in a well-designed, modern home so building seemed to be the only way. I was totally reassured by Suncity Homes as they have an excellent reputation and promised us that they could build what we wanted within our budget. Everyone is easy to work with and they took care of everything including finding an architect and commissioning plans which saved time and money. The whole process was relatively easy. “Awesome job Tom Roebuck, Bespoke Builder from Roebuck Concepts on the renovation of our Golden Beach 3 Bedroom Unit. Having just completed two renovations on other properties ourselves, placing the project in the hands of Tom was the best decision ever. Throughout the course of the renovation Tom was a skilled professional. With his design background he was able to provide us with clever and unique options on how to increase storage, air flow and give our unit the wow factor. Tom was genuinely excited to be working on this project and delivered an outstanding new home for us. From demolition to his selection of quality contractors and management of those contractors, saw the job completed in a short time frame. Fantastic communication skills, using an application for all stakeholders, so we knew where the project was at on a daily basis. Receiving daily updates and photos was great as we lived more than an hour away. His management extended to liaising with Body Corporate and neighbours to ensure everyone around us was happy during the build and ensured the site and common areas were left clean. Tom has years of experience from new builds to renovations. Without hesitation we recommend Tom and his team. It was a pleasure working with Roebuck Concepts.”
