“Baddock Building didn’t build us a house, they built a home. As cliché as it sounds there is no simpler way to convey Baddock Building’s contribution to our dream. Inner city homes obviously come with their challenges – Will that cement mixer truck fit? Why has that person parked over the driveway? Did said person go to the Stevie Wonder school of driving? Challenges we had but none too big or small that Mark and his team didn’t take on with utmost professionalism and patience – Mark, if you could move that 30mm from the centre please, right, perfect. Building a home was a definite mix of excitement and nervousness as we embarked on a daunting process but Mark’s guidance in making decisions, his craftsmanship and all-round top bloke vibe made building our home something I’ll always remember. Often asked would you change anything and it’s a simple response of no, the process was thought through carefully and confidently, we wake up so happy every day to be living our dream.”
