“Our renovation journey started in January 2024. We have an old 60s built fibro house, we wanted to update the house but still retain some old fashion charms. We interviewed 10 builders meticulously and Tailored Homes stood out amongst them all. Moustafa understood our vision and he is also passionate about bringing it to life. Their quote was reasonable and well laid out, including 3D diagrams which help us with the visualisation of the design tremendously. It was a wonderful collaboration, Moustafa assisted with some creative and yet practical ideas. Renovating an old house is very challenging, the professionalism and expertise of Tailored Homes team kept our stress level to the minimal. We were kept informed the whole time with no surprises. “Vlade was essential to getting our home renovation done right. Renovating in Sydney (Inner West) is complex and stressful, especially if it is your first time, so having someone who understood how all the pieces fit together made a huge difference. Vlade coordinated between multiple parties (builders, architects, draftsmen, etc.), articulated the timeline, and helped keep track of all the moving parts. When issues came up during the project, he knew how to address them without derailing everything else. He also helped us understand our options at each stage, taking out a lot of the guesswork. Vlade is a good communicator and helped explain a lot of jargon plus demystify all the required documentations We always knew where things stood and what was coming next and would happily recommend Vlade and the Construction Concierge team to anyone .”

“I have known and consulted with Toni Ford for over 30 years whenever I have required advice with home decorating from colour schemes, furniture choices, carpet, ceiling fans, artwork etc as her knowledge is expansive and very talented with design and drafting plans.
