“After 1.5 years of being stuck in the design phase and a lot of “will we/wont we”, we finally managed to start talking to builder’s about our home extension early 2025. We approached Bluepoint Building Services after seeing their signs in our area in Cheltenham. Guy turned up and spent time with us to go through design and gave us a quote and timeframe. He also showed us other floor plans of previous jobs and gave us an indicator of budget, this was really useful as it gave us a good idea of what we could achieve with the budget we had set. He guaranteed we would be finished by Christmas. Two other builders we spoke to said there was no chance we would be finished for Christmas! Fast forward 6 months later and we are done and dusted by mid October! Our extension was done in 6 months and we couldn’t be happier. All subcontractors used were excellent, Bluepoint kept us to schedule and on track throughout the project, there wasn’t a day that went by but there was work completed on the house. At no stage did we ever wonder is the builder turning up today, there wasn’t no down time, no delays. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about renovating or extending their home!!”

“As first- and last-time renovators, we did our research and asked friends, work friends and neighbours - anyone we knew really. We heard all the horror stories. We narrowed it down to 3 builders, but our draftsman/designer strongly recommended Blue Diamond. As soon as Adrian walked into our house and was equipped with his blue folder prepared for a serious chat, we knew he was our man. His team consisting of Andy, Adrians, 2nd in command to Shannon and his son Brooklyn, who did our frame with perfect accuracy, to their magician tiler Arian, who hand cut tiles to fit a little niche that we did not expect to get feature tiles into, electrician Jack and his team, Plumbers John and Ben and their fabulous painter McGregor. Their kitchen guy, Darren, was just a star and at the very start reassured me I was in very good hands with Blue Diamond. Roscoe the glazier helped solve a space issue superbly. Coburg floor coverings were a pleasure to deal with. All these trades kept saying to us “This project will be great don’t worry Adrian is a perfectionist” These are just a few of the team members that Adrian has had for many years for a reason. Blue Diamond knew that this was our home, not just a house. They understood the history and understood us. Nothing was too much bother; no question was too frivolous. We were speechless (yes, there were tears) when our home was handed back to us. It is utterly beautiful. Adrian and his wife, Maree, have curated a team that truly cares about the work and about their clients. If we could give and 110% satisfaction review, we would - actually, we do! “I have a mid 70's cream brick home which is a little tired and dated. I want to update the kitchen, family/meals, outdoor living, and laundry. I contacted Secret Design Studios to arrange a Dr Retro home visit. I provided Alistair some photos, and a plan of the house and a list of what I hoped to achieve beforehand. Alistair noted that the family room had 5 entry/exit points and made suggestions to improve the flow of the room. His suggestions will increased storage space and provide significantly more bench space. The laundry currently opens into a living room and he suggested some changes that will allow both internal and external access bypassing the living area. The rear deck is dated and poorly designed and he made suggestions to improve this area. Alistair came up with some 'out of the box' suggestions that I hadn't even considered, ideas that will improve movement around the living area, provide more storage and modernize the look without detracting from it's character, which is what I wanted. Alistair also researched home values in my area and tailored his suggestions to ensure that I avoid overcapitalizing.”
