We engaged Brenton Howell from Coastal Style Constructions for the renovation of our family home. The renovation involved a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, and refurbishment of the remaining areas. We remained in the house during construction and Brenton went out of his way to ensure that we were happy during all stages of the process. He also looked out for our two much loved indoor cats - ensuring their safety and welfare throughout the renovation. The work itself was completed to the highest standard, on time and on budget. Brenton provided clear communication and was always available to answer any questions we had during the construction. The renovation was done in stages and Brenton used his considerable skill and knowledge to suggest any changes and options we had before moving forward. We are thrilled with our renovated home, as the quality and workmanship is outstanding. I could not recommend Coastal Style Constructions more highly. They provided us with an excellent renovation of an old Queenslander in 2006-7. Brenton was easy to work with, and met deadlines and budgets. We were overseas for most of the renovation but felt in very safe hands. I have hired this company three times and have been impressed every time. Initially we required a very serious renovation replacing the bathroom, kitchen and adding a veranda. Brenton is meticulous and has very high standards of the people he employs and encourages innovation and creative problem solving. The kitchen is ten years old now and still looks great. Five years ago we decided to revamp the bedroom and en suite as well as put in a new ceiling and all new lighting. Again we were thrilled with the clever design and finish of the bathroom as well as the new look for our home. Very recently we remodelled the entrance and added an outdoor terrace. Again Brenton had wonderful suggestions and ideas and his workmanship was terrific.
