Stage 1 of the renovation was a complete strip out of the upper level, and new build downstairs to make a two level home. Shane and his team offer a high level of personalised service, their attention to detail is first class, and the team and all contractors were always respectful, approachable and professional. Coming from a design background, I wanted to be involved in the building process. I was always consulted regarding any changes which needed to be made and Shane always responded to any questions I had. We have just completed Stage 2, which was a deck, garages and fences, and once again the process was seamless, with the same high quality finish. Shane and the team are very well organised, with quality workmanship throughout and attention to detail. The process has been extremely enjoyable and I am thrilled with the outcome of my home. “I can't speak highly enough of this builder. My husband works in the building industry and sees the final product of many many builders. He's worked for Lindon Homes for several years and always said that when we built our new home, Lindon Homes would be the one he'd choose. After nine years, we finally knocked down the old house and started the plans and then the build. If I wasn't so happy with the house, I'd build again with Lindon Homes in a heartbeat! We found the process smooth, upfront and organised - everything you want in your build. We have time with an interior decorator. I'd spent four years clipping pages from Home Beautiful and gave them all to her! A week later, I went in and picked all the tiles, laminates, caesarstone, etc. in one go from the choices she'd selected from the photos I'd given her. Brilliant! And so easy to see all my selections in one place. The workers onsite were polite whenever I turned up with my three kids under six and baby in a sling! I can't recommend the company highly enough.”
