Create Homes

After using Create Homes once previously for a small reno project, we engaged them for our multi-unit development. From start to finish I could not fault their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to work with everything we wanted. They worked with our budget, were streets ahead of other quotes and delivered on the final product. They created one of units designs that perfectly suited our blocks, ensuring we got the most out of every Sqm of the small blocks. We were 100% satisfied with the end result, all the finishes were flawless and the units sold in just a weeks after completion. Thank you to the Create Home team, I could not recommend these guys highly enough. I cannot wait to start the next project with them!

Our architect came across Create Homes when looking for a builder who was willing to work with some of the more unusual elements of our design. We wanted a home that was not only a distinctive, modern architect designed house, but that was ecologically sustainable. Our design included placement of windows and awnings for solar passive heating and passive ventilation for cooling, reverse brick veneer and other thermal mass elements, feature block walls, recycled timber for exterior cladding and decking, thermal insulation in the walls and ceiling, double glazing and low e glazing and exposed concrete floors. Right from the start, Abdul, Matt and Pierre showed enthusiasm for our vision and were supportive of all aspects of the design. They worked closely with our architect to build an ecologically sustainable house and were able to source some hard to find sustainable building materials. They didn't hold back from telling us if they felt we needed to scale back the ambition of our project and were always friendly and approachable if we needed anything, willing to make some change even after the build had started. When we started with them, Create was a relatively new company with only a few completed projects to their name. Their professionalism and a recommendation from another of their clients gave us the confidence to go ahead with them anyway. Their willingness to try new things and their high standards in all areas more than made up for any lack of experience. The standard of work by their contractors was and we were very happy with the finished quality of the home.

The boys helped me with my first subdivision and construction of three units. They were priced competitively and delivered an excellent product. Abdul was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and managed to sort out every issue we encountered with a difficult Council. The project was delivered on time (early 2020) and on budget. Since handover Abdul has been prompt in addressing any minor defect concerns, making the whole experience quite pleasant. I would absolutely recommend Create Homes for whatever your project is.

As you can imagine, building your first home is a rather nerve wracking experience, but the boys at Create Homes made it so easy and it was an amazing experience! Being a developer, you are looking not only for a builder who comes in at a good price but also who builds a good product and at within a good timeframe. The guys at Create Homes went above and beyond and for someone like me who has build with 3 different project builders, can see the amount of value they bring to the project. It is a massive decision deciding who is going to build your primary residence or your investment property. Not only from a financial aspect, but a quality perspective as well. I chose Create Homes because I was impressed with their professionalism, attitude and quality work. Each staff member was attentive and responsive. Supervisor Matthew Jones was on the ball, provided personalized service and was an astute problem-solver. The house was built on time and to a high standard. Just as importantly, the after build service has been excellent. I feel like a valued customer and I have recommended Create Homes to others who are considering building - I would not do this without having absolute faith in Create providing the same standard of service as what I received.

We enlisted the services of Create Homes after speaking with a couple of project builders. We even went as far as paying a deposit before deciding to go with Create Homes. From the get go, Create Homes were very accommodating with all of our requests. Assisting us with the design features that we wanted in our 'forever home' and even allowing us to bring in our own trades! The timing of the build has far exceeded our expectation and we are looking right on track for a completion date that we were promised from the start. The trades that they use always kept the site clean tidy and are very professional to deal with when we have visited to site. The service we have received from the initial design and concept meeting to our regular communication with our Site Supervisor has been nothing short of professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an easy and stress free build with a quality builder!

I had initially commenced searching for a builder by going to all the 'big' known builders and became so disillusioned with how they reacted to my list of requirements that I soon realised that I needed to find a small niche builder who can cater for my specific needs. This would be my 3rd home so I already knew what I wanted and what I could afford. I found the perfect builder in Create Homes. In fact I ended up forfeiting my initial deposit I had already paid to another builder so I could then commit and sign a contract with Create Homes. I found them highly professional in everything they did. They communicated with me constantly and I had access to the builder Matt who is a wonderful person to work with. Matt and I spent many hours going over all the detail to ensure that they built the home to my specification. Matt's knowledge of building is extremely high which gave me assurance that Create Homes would build me a strong sturdy home to last for many years. The quality and workmanship was extremely high as I was an extremely fussy owner therefore my expectations were very high- I was not disappointed as I was very happy with the final completion of my home. Matt had a good control over deadlines and the home progressed at an extraordinary speed such that it was finished within 19 weeks. Create homes did not sacrifice quality but rather it was their attention to detail in ensuring that supply of materials,goods, tradesmen all occurred in a timely manner and therefore no time was wasted. In the end the 19 weeks build saved me money in that I was able to shift from the rental property into my home very quickly. I appreciated having the ability to communicate with the builder and the other Directors which meant that decisions could be made quickly. Would I build with this builder again 'Definitely". It was truly a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends as I have confidence in their ability to build and deliver a really good home.
