Gary was engaged to help with a largish scale renovation to our home... new roof, new walls, new windows, new deck, new double car garage, new driveway and install of water tank. We really liked Gary's demeanor, his candor, his can-do attitude and work ethic. He listened to our ideas and plans, no matter how wacky they seemed at the time and was realistic in what could be achieved and what was fanciful. We love the work on the deck, the storage under the house from the new garage, and the work to change the exterior walls and how Gary went the extra mile to find us suppliers who could give us a good deal. We hope to have Gary and Timeless Cottages help us again in the future!

We engaged Gary, and his team from Timeless Cottages, to undertake all the carpentry work for our new Hamptons style house at Casuarina Beach in northern NSW. Gary was with us throughout the entire project, from concept stage through to completion. We found Gary to be professional in everything he approached, and always set a high standard of workmanship for the jobs undertaken by his team. He was clearly passionate about what they do and took enormous pride in their work. Building your dream home as a first-time owner builder can be a challenging experience at times but Gary was always easy to work with, and was able and willing to incorporate many bespoke features into our home as we went along, we would never have been able to achieve this outcome if we had gone through a project home builder. Whether it is for a new build or a reno, I can not recommend Timeless Cottages highly enough. Our building experience was rewarding and the final product is better than we could have hoped for.

Timeless Cottages & Gary Hay, completed the most amazing renovation on what was our run down beach cottage to become an amazing family home. Everyone that see's or visits our home are amazed at the transformation and outcome. Gary did exactly as we requested. Both with budget and variations to budget. His craftsmanship and planning were excellent. Gary also sourced great trades to assist in the renovations. He went above and beyond in making sure the project went to our plan and expectations.
