We can't recommend Debono Constructions more highly! Working with Andrew, Kristy and the team to build our dream home has been an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations, made the process seamless and no request (of which we made many) was too much trouble. Throughout the build our neighbour was often rude and disrespectful to the Debono team, making the build process difficult at times. Andrew, Kristy and all of the team dealt with our neighbour's threats and demands respectfully and with grace. They went above and beyond, providing significant service to our neighbour, with repairs and cleaning not related to the impact of our build. All of the trades Debono Constructions work with were equally professional, courteous and accommodating, resulting in a home we love, built to an incredibly high standard. We've loved working with Andrew, Kristy and the team and are so grateful for the care, time and passion they put in to making our beautiful new home a reality.

We were extremely happy that we went with Debono Constructions, for the major renovation of our house. This included structural changes with a steel beam to open up the house, a new kitchen and bathrooms, new windows, a new deck and repainting of the house. We have recently completed a home renovation with Debono Constructions. As first time home owners and going through the home renovation process for the first time in Syndey, we were extremely nervous! Andrew took time to understand our home renovation vision and our needs. Andrew and his team were professional in their communication, especially if there was a variation or an unforeseen challenge, they would engage us on time, and we could work through solutions together. They also worked very well with our extended project team i.e interior architect and joinery team. Importantly, they were able to keep to the schedule and agreed upon timeframes within their control, this is thanks to the efficient Debone Project Manager - Kristy! She keeps the process on track and is available to attend to calls and ensure the smooth running of the project. Further noting that having detail drawings and tender scope of works upfront was also helpful to all stakeholders involved in the Project. Lastly, Andrew and his team did a thorough post construction clean and left our place looking neat and clean. Our first home renovation experience was great thanks to the team at Debono Constructions. We are happy with our beautiful new home!

I have recently completed an extension on my home with Debono Constructions. From the very beginning, Andrew and his team were extremely professional and responsive. I was impressed with the quality of the work and with the level of communication. Kristy the project manager made the process run smoothly and efficiently, and any issues were sorted out immediately. It was a pleasure working with Andrew, Kristy and the boys and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Andrew & his team were standouts when we did a complete kitchen demolition & rebuild this year. Debono constructions were contracted to get two rooms ready for the new kitchen which included demolition, building new walls & preparing & resurfacing 80sqms of existing timber flooring. Everything went like clockwork, everyone turned up in a timely manner & when they were meant to. Difficulties always arise when dealing with the old fabric of a building but these were overcome in a creative ways. We cannot praise his carpenter & the flooring specialist enough. Andrew was always available to the trades we’d organised & everyone worked as a team. Great work ethic, great team, great result.
