Great experience building our family home with the Tailored Homes team. The team helped us through the entire process from design to build, and are very knowledgable in their field. Communication was smooth and they put a lot of care to ensure quality work. Happy with our build, which finished ahead of schedule!

We purchased a completely run down property with the intention to renovate the front half (keeping as much of the original character as possible), knock down the 1950's fibro extension and rebuild a new modern extension. The floors/walls and ceilings were all in a terrible state of damp/mould/broken plaster/cave in or all of the above. We gave our scope of work to 6 builders and design/build firms - half of them wouldn't touch it, two of them quoted us an absolute fortune, and Tailored Homes came back with alternatives and solutions so we could build to the quality we were asking for while staying within our budget. Once the work kicked off they were always responsive to our questions and kept us in the loop, helping us through the many decisions required to get the build done. Most things went to plan and ultimately the build came in pretty much on time and on budget even with the Covid lock-downs and timber shortages. If we build again we will definitely be coming back to Tailored Homes as our preferred builder.

My Review of Tailored Homes I've been a real estate agent for 12 years now and have sold numerous brand new homes for many builders and developers so I have seen alot. I've had the opportunity in the last few years to sell a number of brand new houses for the owners at Tailored Homes and the final products and the detail they put it are at a level that cannot be compared to others. What they produce are exceptional, quality throughout homes with high attention to detail. Further to that I've not had any complaints from any of the purchasers and if there was anything that needed to be attended to, the guys responded immediately. In all my dealings with them, I found them to be honest, trustworthy and down to earth. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone that is looking to build their dream home.
