Dodsonei constructions was commissioned to extend / renovate my Federation home in 2014/2015. I found them to be excellent builders with the work completed to a high standard on time and inline with the agreed budget. Mark's communication and straight forward style made him very easy to deal with. He was able to provide pragmatic suggestions to any unanticipated developments, which are inevitable when renovating old homes. I would recommend Dobsonei Constructions services to anyone considering building or renovating their home.

Dobsonei provided a realistic and well considered fixed price contract to renovate and extend a very dilapidated 1883 Victorian Terrace house (4 bedrooms, double garage) versus other competing quotes that were all provided on a cost plus basis only. The project was completed on schedule and with only very minimal variations added on which was remarkable considering the number of unknown factors involved in renovating a 130 year old house that had been severely neglected and even had a Council sticker warning people not to enter.
